As the President and Founder of Crafthausliving, Carla Moreno leads a dedicated team committed to representing buyers and sellers of exceptional properties in Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, and Tacoma. Under Carla's visionary leadership, we uphold our mission of delivering outstanding service and fostering inclusivity in the real estate sector.


Carla's profound expertise and passion for real estate have garnered recognition and respect. In 2020, she was appointed as the Seattle Chapter President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, where she advocates for diversity and creates opportunities for underrepresented communities.


Beyond her role in real estate, Carla is an accomplished investor and property manager. She owns and oversees 16 doors across the United States and Mexico, with a primary focus on vacation rentals. Her experience as an investor provides invaluable insights and a comprehensive understanding of the market.


Carla's remarkable achievements extend beyond her professional endeavors. She is also the author of "Finding the Gold," a memoir that chronicles her personal journey of spiritual growth and wealth creation through real estate investing. Through her book, she shares her wisdom and inspires others to achieve their own success.
